Construction and Real Estate

Forcht Construction, founded in 2003, is responsible for all new construction, and upgrades on existing facilities, for all companies within Forcht Group of Kentucky. In addition, Forcht Construction provides landscaping services to Forcht Group businesses in Corbin, London and Williamsburg.

Forcht Group of Kentucky owns 19 commercial properties in its real estate group in Lexington, London, Corbin, Williamsburg, Somerset, Middlesboro, Columbia, Lebanon, Hyden and Whitley City. Some tenants for the commercial properties are companies within the Forcht Group, but several other entities are leased to outside businesses.

Besides the array of commercial holdings, the real estate group also owns Forest Hill, a residential apartment complex in Corbin.
