Forcht Bank announced today that Steven M. Zagar has joined the bank as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Mr. Zagar has 16 years of banking experience. His most recent position was Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Accounting Officer for First Federal Savings Bank and its holding company, First Financial Service Corporation, in Elizabethtown, KY. He also held prior positions at Stock Yards Bank and Fifth Third Bank, both in Louisville.

Mr. Zagar earned his Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Kent State University, an Advanced Accounting Certificate from Bellarmine University, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Indiana University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).
