Lexington, Ky. (August 1, 2024) — Forcht Bank is delighted to announce a Brand Partnership deal with University of Kentucky Men’s Basketball player Trent Noah. This is the bank’s second year bringing two like-minded Kentucky families together, the Noah’s and the Forcht’s.

Trent Noah is the son of Stacy and Dondie Noah. The Noah’s are from Harlan County, where Trent was the state’s fifth all-time leading scorer in high school basketball history. He averaged 29.9 points per game during his high school senior season, capping 3,707 total points. Noah’s grandfather, Charles “Perky” Bryant, played football for Kentucky from 1961-63.

As of the 2023-24 season, NCAA college basketball players can now wear any number between 0 and 99 on their jerseys, including previously restricted numbers 6, 7, 8, and 9. Noah selected No. 9 to sport on his jersey hoping it will bring him and his teammates luck to mark a historic season for UK basketball.

“We have 8 banners hanging up in Rupp Arena; the goal is to hang 9 so wearing it on my chest and on my back every day in the games is just a constant reminder of the assignment. We’re ready to go and the goal is to hang #9. Let’s go Cats!” Trent said.

Forcht Bank and Trent Noah are planning a series of initiatives, joint events, and campaigns that aim to foster community engagement and instill the values of giving back and work ethic among their customers and followers.
