Frances Wilhoit of London, KY and known as a “Living Treasure” died this past weekend following her battle with cancer. She was a local real estate professional and a long-time radio station employee at Forcht Broadcasting. Frances was a respected and devoted community servant and loved for her demeanor and positive outlook. Frances was 81 years old.
